MOQ depends on the product. For most agro commodities it is one 20ft container, while handicrafts and textiles can start from a few hundred pieces. Each product page lists the typical MOQ.
We accept irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) at sight, Telegraphic Transfer (TT) with advance and balance against documents, and Documents against Payment (DP) for established buyers.
We quote on EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP and DDP terms. FOB and CIF are the most common for our international buyers.
Yes. We provide samples for quality approval. Sample cost and courier charges are usually adjusted against your first confirmed order.
Absolutely. We can pack in your brand name with custom bag sizes, cartons, labels and barcodes as per your market regulations.
Production and dispatch typically take 2-4 weeks after order confirmation. Sea transit is 7-35 days depending on the destination; air freight is 2-5 days.
Yes. We coordinate pre-shipment inspection with SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or any agency nominated by the buyer.
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading / airway bill, certificate of origin, insurance certificate, and product-specific certificates such as phytosanitary, fumigation, health or analysis certificates.
